Since 2017, ALATA has been offering a range of innovative, local alcoholic beverages made with quality ingredients. Wishing to perpetuate the brand and strong of the fruitful development of Gin Valaisan, the start-up ALATA and the historical distillery Morand have decided to intensify their collaboration based on complementarity.
In addition to the Valaisan Gin, the Morand distillery is taking over the production and marketing of two major ALATA products, Vermouth Rosé and Aperitivo. The distillery thus enriches its offer for the cocktails and mixology world’s.
The Valaisan Gin is an original recipe based on eight plants infused in a mixture of alcohol, Valais pear and glacier water; a very fruity, elegant and subtile gin where the sweetness of Valais pear meets the character of juniper and which can be drunk on ice or with a tonic.
Vermouth Rosé is both sweet and bursting with citrus flavours. This refreshing drink made with bountiful plants is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Best served as an aperitif in a large glass, with ice and a slice of grapefruit.
The Apéritivo, also known as the "aperitif of the Swiss Alps", is a local and 100% natural alternative for preparing spritz. It is made with 20 plans that provide it with complex flavours and a subtle balance of sweet and bitter. It can be classified somewhere between an Apérol and a Campari, with a unique Swiss touch.
