  • Shaker
  • Lemon squeezer
  • Pestle

Method for the Royal Framboise Cocktail

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients, the shaker as well as the other equipment. Don’t forget to have some cold ice cubes ready for your cocktail.

  • 2. To start your Royal Framboise raspberry cocktail, you will need 2 fresh slides of ginger. It’s best to only cut them when you need them, as they will otherwise dry out quickly. Add the ginger slices and 5 raspberries to the shaker.

  • 3. In the next step, you will need to add a dash of Morand Pure Juice Raspberry Syrup into the shaker. We suggest tread lightly at first. You don’t want your cocktail to be too sweet.

  • 4. Then take the pestle and crush everything that is in the shaker. That way, you will release some extra flavour from the ingredients.

  • 5. Now, squeeze half a lemon with the lemon squeezer and add its juice to the shaker. Be careful to not add too much of the pulp.

  • 6. Add 3 cl of Morand Raspberry Eau-de-vie and 2 cl of Morand Raspberry Liqueur.

  • 7. Now that you have all the ingredients, fill the shaker with ice cubes, close the shaker and shake well until your hands feel cold.

  • 8. Pour the shaker contents into a highball glass through a cocktail strainer to keep out the ice cubes.

  • 9. Then top up the glass with champagne. Before serving the drink, decorate it with 2 raspberries and a zest of lime to garnish.
