Liqueur du Cervin is a slightly bitter, highly aromatic liqueur with a subtle, herbaceous nose. On the palate, gentian and juniper dominate, bringing length and harmony. A few grams of sugar make this product rich and mellow, and support its well-balanced bitterness.
