In a shaker, add ice and pour :
5 CL L'Apéritif
2 CL sugar syrup
A dash of fresh lemon 2 CL
Shake well and strain into a champagne flute.
Add a selection of frozen berries
Garnish with alcohol-free Prosecco and serve.
THE BEL BITTER
Add ice cubes to a large wine glass, and pour over :
5 CL L'Apéritif
10CL tonic water
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon wedge.
