More than 40 flavours are offered and several new products are added to the range every year. Our syrups are ideal for your cocktail and mocktail creations as well as for cooking: desserts, pastries and even to add to your ice creams or coffees.

 
Choose among the traditional flavours, from Grenadine, Mint or Lemongrass, to pure fruit syrups, such as Strawberry, Raspberry or Blackcurrant, or even more unique flavours, such as Piña Colada, Mojito or Violet.     The Morand Distillerie, a family business started in 1889, began by producing lemonades, but the syrups soon found their audience. It was only by adding new flavours to this range that syrups became the success they are today.

     

    Our range of Pure Juice syrups is made from fruit juices only, with no added flavours.

     

    Of all our range of syrups, the 3 pure juices Blackcurrant, Strawberry and Raspberry are exceptional, and are all made and bottled directly at the distillery.

     

    These syrups are obtained from pure fruit juice, which gives them an intense and natural taste.

These Pure Juice syrups allow us to go back to our childhood or to plunge into the memories of yesteryear. To complete this range we also offer you flavours taken directly from the treasures of our Valaisan soil, such as Williams pear, apple or Apricot. All our syrups contain at least 30% fruit syrup, using only fresh and natural ingredients.

    Among our many syrups, you can find our range of organic syrups. These are syrups with a lower sugar concentration and ingredients that come only from organic crops.

     

    These flavors appeal above all for their originality. These syrups, from organic farming, contain no colouring agents or preservatives. They represent, therefore, an excellent solution for a tasty drink, with a low sugar content and with quality ingredients.

    Since the beginning of Distillerie Morand, 130 years ago, one of the principles and the foundation of the company has always been to provide products of the highest quality.

    In the same way, the new generations follow the example of their ancestors and offer you products that are as excellent as ever, but also in line with the concerns and trends of this modern world. Organic cultivation is one of them, and that is how we created the range of organic syrups - A range with flavours that seem to come from another time, intense and natural, but also original.

    The range is composed of 5 syrups in 50 cl format: 
      Lemon: the authentic taste of lemon, like freshly squeezed lemonade. 
      Elderflower: sweet and refreshing, also used for making cocktails with prosecco or sparkling wine or for mocktails with fruit and sparkling water or lemonade. 
      Strawberry
    : the true timeless taste of wild strawberry, delicious! 
      Mint
    : a totally different taste from traditional mint syrups, its sweet fragrance of fresh mint delights syrup lovers. 
       Verbena: a surprising flavour that we are used to eating hot! Yet extremely fresh and thirst-quenching, it is undoubtedly one of the greatest successes.

    If you're an avid cocktail maker, then our Barman syrups are right for you.

     

    This range has been designed for, as the name suggests, the creation of cocktails or mocktails, but don't be limited to just that!

     

    These Barman syrups are also excellent ingredients for cooking in general: for sweet and sour dishes, salad dressings, chutneys, and more. For baking: cakes and pies, pancakes, waffles. For desserts: ice cream, pudding, flan, tiramisus and many others.

    Our range of Barman syrups is composed of 10 delicious flavours that you can use at home in many ways depending on the season and your desires!

    Amaretto: this syrup is ideal for your cocktails, mocktails or iced desserts, but also to sweeten and flavour your coffee.

    Cinnamon: ideal as a coulis on a scoop of vanilla ice cream, for example, to sweeten your tea on cold autumn evenings, or to flavour your mulled wine during the festive season.

    Caramel: as a coulis, on ice cream, waffle pancakes or desserts. But also with fresh water or milk, it will remind you of your childhood.

    Chocolate: perfect for your desserts, ice creams or cakes.

    Crème brûlée: mainly used in cooking, but also appreciated as a cold drink by many.

    Hazelnut: still a good friend of coffee. A drop in your hot drinks and its fragrance melts perfectly. For your desserts and pastries too.

    Coconut: for your Piña Colada or other cocktails or mocktails, as well as in pastries.

    Cane sugar: the essential for your cocktail evenings. Fundamental ingredient in a Mojito, Caipirinha and other cocktails.

    Vanilla: ideal with ice cream scoops or desserts.

    Violet: a very successful syrup for its original taste, but also for its beautiful colour. Very appreciated in gin cocktails.

    Mulled Wine: all you have to do to make a delicious hot winter drink is heat up some wine and add it to the syrup.

    Chai Tea: simply add to a mixture of boiling water and milk to make a delicious hot Chai.

    So that you can taste several flavours, we have created a syrup tasting box in 35 cl.

     

    The assortment includes:

    The Valaisan Trio - Valais Apples, Valais Williams Pears and Valais Luizet Apricots, ideal for discovering the flavours of the Valais. These are syrups that appeal to young and old alike.

    The syrups tasting bottles have been set up to allow our customers either to be able to enjoy three different flavours of syrups at home, or to offer an assortment that will please, instead of offering only one flavour in a litre.

    The syrus available in 35 cl are:

    TRIO VALAISAN - Valais Luizet Apricot, Valais Williams Pear and Valais Apples: syrups with fruit juice, made according to the original Morand recipes. These syrups can be drunk with still or sparkling water or milk. They can also be used as ingredients for cocktails, ice creams, desserts or pastries.
