If you're an avid cocktail maker, then our Barman syrups are right for you.
This range has been designed for, as the name suggests, the creation of cocktails or mocktails, but don't be limited to just that!
These Barman syrups are also excellent ingredients for cooking in general: for sweet and sour dishes, salad dressings, chutneys, and more. For baking: cakes and pies, pancakes, waffles. For desserts: ice cream, pudding, flan, tiramisus and many others.
Don't hesitate to taste the most original flavours and let yourself be surprised by the aromas and fragrances of your childhood. The possibilities are almost endless.
Our range of Barman syrups is composed of 10 delicious flavours that you can use at home in many ways depending on the season and your desires!
Amaretto: this syrup is ideal for your cocktails, mocktails or iced desserts, but also to sweeten and flavour your coffee.
Cinnamon: ideal as a coulis on a scoop of vanilla ice cream, for example, to sweeten your tea on cold autumn evenings, or to flavour your mulled wine during the festive season.
Caramel: as a coulis, on ice cream, waffle pancakes or desserts. But also with fresh water or milk, it will remind you of your childhood.
Chocolate: perfect for your desserts, ice creams or cakes.
Crème brûlée: mainly used in cooking, but also appreciated as a cold drink by many.
Hazelnut: still a good friend of coffee. A drop in your hot drinks and its fragrance melts perfectly. For your desserts and pastries too.
Coconut: for your Piña Colada or other cocktails or mocktails, as well as in pastries.
Cane sugar: the essential for your cocktail evenings. Fundamental ingredient in a Mojito, Caipirinha and other cocktails.
Vanilla: ideal with ice cream scoops or desserts.
Violet: a very successful syrup for its original taste, but also for its beautiful colour. Very appreciated in gin cocktails.
Mulled Wine: all you have to do to make a delicious hot winter drink is heat up some wine and add it to the syrup.
Chai Tea: simply add to a mixture of boiling water and milk to make a delicious hot Chai.
All you have to do is let yourself be seduced and choose the flavour(s) you need!
